Contact with Hanover Quakers

Our Friend John Tittley who is sadly no longer with us, on past visits to his friends in Germany, as a personal initiative, made contact with Germans Friends. In 2014 at the request of Almeley Meeting he took with him a letter of introduction to Hanover Quakers. Friends in Hanover welcomed the visit, and since then exchanges of correspondence and visits from Friends to each other’s Meetings have taken place regularly.

Our Children’s Meeting have made ‘prayer flags’ and sent them to our friends in Hanover  Meeting. We were delighted to receive from Viktoria in Hanover, photographs of their ‘prayer flags’ displayed at Bad Pyrmont.

The ‘Puzzle’ send from Friends in Hanover Meeting is enjoyed by young and older Friends alike !
